• We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
• We do not use third-party analytics services.
• We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., by emailing us).

Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes and are regularly purged.

Value Investor Toolkit App

When you use the Value Investor Toolkit app, we collect the following:

• Device Identifier (Device ID): We collect an anonymous device identifier for the purpose of managing in-app purchases and subscriptions through RevenueCat, our subscription management and paywall provider. This identifier is used solely to verify purchase status, restore purchases across sessions, and manage your subscription entitlements. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Stock Queries: When you use VITK Bot, your queries are processed by Claude AI. We do not store conversation history on our servers.

How We Use Information

Any information we collect is used solely to:

• Operate and maintain our website and the Value Investor Toolkit app.
• Process and manage in-app subscriptions via RevenueCat.
• Respond to your inquiries or requests.
• Improve our services and user experience.

Third-Party Services

The Value Investor Toolkit app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription and paywall management. RevenueCat receives your anonymous device ID to process purchases. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers the VITK Bot feature. Queries you submit are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate our app, or if required by law to protect our rights.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
